Parts Warranty Policy
No Warranty: Buyer understands that Seller is neither the manufacturer nor the agent of the manufacturer of the equipment or parts purchased or rented as described in the related invoice. The equipment or parts are warranted, if at all, only by the original manufacturer. Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, included without limitation, any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There Is no warranty against patent or latent defects in the material of labor, nor regarding capacity, nor that the equipment or parts meet the requirements of any law, rule, specifications or contract that provides for specific machinery or apparatus or special methods.
Parts Installation: If the related invoice includes installation by Seller of parts and such part is subsequently found to be defective within the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, then Seller will, without additional charge, install a replacement part furnished by the manufacturer.
Parts Return Policy
Parts Returns: All claims for returned parts must be made within 15 days of sale. All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returned parts must be in the original package, in a new salable condition (Never installed on a machine) and include the original invoice or packaging slip. Any parts returned after 30 days of original purchase date will not be returned for any reason. No returns or exchanges are allowed on special order parts, non-stock parts, electrical, rubber parts or gaskets. Exchange components cores must be returned within 15 days. Credit for "As Failed" cores will be issued after inspection and approval of rebuilder. Cores returned under older part numbers that have since been substituted may not be entitled to the credit amount of the most current part number sold. A core charge will be made, and credit will only be issued when the serviceable core is accepted within 15 days of sale.
Non-Returnable Parts Include but Are not Limited to:
- Items not returnable to manufacturer.
- Used or "As-ls" sold parts.
- Items not new or not in new condition.
- Items not in original packaging or opened sealed packages.
- Items sold in a kit that has been opened or sold in package quantities not complete.
- Items replaced or discontinued by the manufacturer.
- Expendable items considered non-returnable to the manufacturer such as gaskets, belts, O-rings, hoses, electrical parts, etc.
- Any part that has been installed, cut to length or manufactured to customers specifications.
- Any fluids or greases either in bulk or containers.
- Items that are non-stocked by the Seller.
Limited Liability: Seller's only liability with respect to any equipment, parts or service is Seller's obligation to provide replacement part installation service as set forth above. Seller will not be liable for any other loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, loss of profits or otherwise, regardless of whether alleged as a breach of contract, tort, strict liability or another claim.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.
We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.
Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Returns and Exchanges
General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to dealership.
Sales tax is charged on orders if required by law.
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

Mistakenly posted prices and/or options on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices and/or options. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
