The challenges of maintaining equipment in today’s every-changing workforce and equipment technology often require repairs to be performed after-hours and at the job-site. Our staff of field technicians is available 24 hours a day for emergency in-the-field repairs. Field service trucks are equipped with cellular phones, cranes, air compressors and the factory tools needed to maximize productivity. Please call 1-859-367-8283 in the event of an emergency.

Customized Maintenance Inspections

Everyone agrees that routine inspection by trained technicians is essential to good maintenance. Inspections not only need to be routine, they need to be consistent with the needs of the equipment and its owner.

Our Customized Maintenance Inspection programs are based upon prearranged, on-site Inspections-at intervals consistent with your needs. This allows a systematic approach to checking equipment service needs that can:

  • Improve machine reliability
  • Extend machine service life
  • Help avoid major failures
  • Help avoid surprise downtimes
  • Reduce the chance of major repairs
  • Help lower and control owning/operating costs
  • Help increase machine productivity
  • Increase resale value and document systematic maintenance

During each inspection, our technician will use a 101 Point Checklist to help thoroughly analyze the current condition and service requirements of your equipment. Our basic 250 hour maintenance inspection package includes:

  • Changing engine oil and filter
  • Limited fluid top-offs
  • Cutting open and inspecting the oil filter
  • Lubricating scheduled lube points
  • Performing an operational check
  • Proper disposal of waste oil

Also available are other inspections / services at the different service intervals as recommended by the manufacturer. These are available for loader backhoes, excavators, wheel loaders, crawler dozers, skid steers, trenchers and forklifts. Please call us today to learn how we can customized a maintenance program for your machine to help improve your productivity and lower operating costs.

Undercarriage Inspections and Analysis

Eliminating or reducing the controllable causes of wear is a primary factor in extending the life of undercarriage. Monitoring wear is one of the three main elements in maximizing an undercarriage investment. Monitoring wear helps anticipate when to make the pin and bushing turn and when to service or rotate components. Wilson provides this service at no charge. Please contact us to schedule an inspection to determine wear rates on all Case undercarriage components including tracks, shoes, rollers, sprockets and idlers.
